  • Optimized a $15M/year email marketing program, boosting year over year revenue by about 10% while expanding the range of messaging and customer segmentation.
  • Worked with partners to design and implement triggered email campaigns, sending emails at the right time with the right content, averaging a 20% click-to-conversion rate.
  • Designed, coded and scheduled an average of 6 marketing emails per week aligned with company branding and relevant content, implementing email best practices and A/B testing.

  • Enhanced the integration of website and email marketing which increased click-through and donation rates using Blackbaud’s Netcommunity CMS and Raiser’s Edge donor management system.
  • Led the team to support 24 US-based office sites on Drupal, establishing consistent functionality for offices to launch email and web-based marketing campaigns locally.
  • Improved web-based systems, contributing to more consistent executive reporting and key performance indicator tracking.

  • Designed and implemented an updated World Relief Intranet, based on SharePoint 2010.
  • Trained 10 intranet administrators to support departments to use the new intranet, including content, design, front-end development and testing of custom web apps.
  • Coordinated the digital data collection and analysis of program metrics for 81 projects in 13 countries, implemented by over 1,000 local staff.
  • Delivered quarterly metrics for executive reporting and public annual reports.

Designer and Project Manager

Crown Construction Inc. - Dryden, New York

  • Designed, estimated and produced $1M/year of residential remodeling work, leading to company growth 3 out of 4 years during an economic recession.
  • Produced 2-D and 3-D CAD-based models for client presentations including virtual walk-throughs and detailed architectural drawings which led to better sales for all projects.
  • Created and implemented new scheduling system and re-organized internal company network for easier access to data and training aides.

  • Designed, created, and maintained Tompkins County department websites.
  • Decreased volume and average length of phone inquiries to county departments by presenting easily-accessible and searchable information online.
